Gensenmai Genmai Flour
Gensenmai Genmai flour has been ground from unhusked rice kernels, retaining all of it natural goodness. It is a nutritious alternative to wheat flour and is naturally gluten-free, high in protein, iron, fiber, vitamin B and is rich in manganese. It is extremely versatile and it's taste is not overpowering, making it an ideal substitute for wheat flour in a wide variety of cooking or baking recipes. Including breads, savoury treats such as waffles, pancakes, cookies etc.. and a wide variety of Asian dishes such as soba (Buckwheat Noodles), ramen and udon. Genmai powder also mixes great when added into soups, sauces, curries and gravies to serve as a thickening agent.
