Mugenmai
We are proud at Joint Farm to not use any chemical fertiliser, pesticides, herbicides or animal compost. This rice is JAS certified organic. Dried in the sun after harvesting to maximise the taste.
Tokusen Gensenmai
Bringing the taste of old Japan home. Tokusen Gensenmai is grown in the beautiful Niigata countryside, widely considered to produce the best rice in all Japan. This is thanks to Niigata's four very distinct balanced seasons and pure water filtering down from the surrounding snow capped mountains into the rice paddies.
Gensenmai Genmai
Containing absolutely the highest vitamin and mineral count in brown rice today. Quick to prepare, allowing you to wash the rice and cook straight away with no soaking period, yet still delivering an amazingly delicious nutty taste. Even when cool this rice retains it's wonderful soft and sticky texture making it ideal for Onigiri (rice balls) or for lunch boxes.

Senryu Genmai
Traditional Senryu Genmai is brown rice harvested using ages old methods. This produces an overall harder texture when compared to our other products, yet the taste remains just as delicious.

Haiga Gensenmai
With Haiga Gensenmai we only remove one layer of the outer husk. This gives it a slightly less sticky and firmer texture This rice is perfect for those who are more accustomed to the taste of white rice, but with the higher nutritional value of brown rice.

Gensenmai Genmai Flour
Gensenmai Genmai flour has been ground from unhusked rice kernels, retaining all of it natural goodness. It is a nutritious alternative to wheat flour and is naturally gluten-free, high in protein, iron, fiber, vitamin B and is rich in manganese. It is extremely versatile and it's taste is not overpowering, making it an ideal substitute for wheat flour in a wide variety of cooking or baking recipes. Including breads, savoury treats such as waffles, pancakes, cookies etc.. and a wide variety of Asian dishes such as soba (Buckwheat Noodles), ramen and udon. Genmai powder also mixes great when added into soups, sauces, curries and gravies to serve as a thickening agent.
